Life is not a dress rehearsal. We have 83,000 seconds per day and we can choose to be happy, depressed or miserable. I choose happy. Here are some tips to bring happiness into your everyday life:
1. Play music.Listen to uplifting music - find a copy of Jimmy Durante's "You gotta start off each day with a smile" - that will make you laugh!
2. Laugh out loudDon't suppress your laughter - make it loud and long.
3. Play with kidsTickle them, play hide and seek - just playing with them will bring you joy. If you don't have your own kids - play with someone else's kids.
4. Cuddle a pet.They give unconditional love and will always come back for more affection.
5. Help someone else.When you are feeling sorry for yourself or sad the best thing you can do is help someone else.
6. Do community or volunteer workIt can be personally very satisfying to assist someone in need.
7. Reflect on flowersBuy yourself some flowers and enjoy the smell and sight of them. My favourites are the pink starburst lilies - they have a wonderful fragrance and last for a week. I like to buy them regularly for my home or put them on my desk.
8. Light fragrant candlesThis will give you something to enjoy - smell is a wonderful sense and we should use it more.
9. Learn to Meditate.Get rid of the negative thoughts and replace them with calm, peaceful thoughts.
10. Buy a Laughter Bag Available from various gift stores these little bags when squeezed giggle - it is contagious and worth every cent. Buy one for your office. I regularly squeezed mine at work and it would make the whole office laugh.
11. Go to a comedy show.See a stand up comedian at your local comedy club.
12. Hire a humorous video or DVD.Someone like Billy Connelly or Bill Cosby. There are some oldies but some goodies that are certain to make your sides split with laughter.
If you are feeling down, choose to be happy. Surround yourself with positive people and try one of these activities.Remember,we live once so live with extreme happiness.

The world is small affair
Two ghost met and both chat about how they died.
1st ghost : How u died?
2nd ghost : I died of cold
1st ghost : How does it feel when dying in cold?
2nd ghost : Actually i was imprison in refrigerator. At first,i was shivering my whole body started to frozen, later i felt the whole world was dark and i died. Fortunately, i died with not much suffering.
1st ghost : What a pity for you.
2nd ghost : How about you? How you died?
1st ghost : I died of heart attacked.
2nd ghost : I see, how you had a heart attacked?
1st ghost : Actually i found out that my wife is having an affair with another man. One day when i came back from work, I saw a pair of male shoes outside of my house. Then i realized that the guy was in my house with my wife. When i rush into the bedroom, my wife was alone. I must find where that bastard is hiding..so i search the toilet, i ran to downstairs, look in the storeroom, but the bastard was not found. So, I ran upstairs and search the wardrobe, but I found nothing. Because I was too tired of running, I got heart attacked and died.
2nd ghost : Why didn't you look for the bastard in the fridge?
If you did, both of us will be alive now!.

Malaysian culture good or bad
At 815 last night,my house electricity power cable got treeped when i was watching the news on
Mongolian model fiesta.Went out and confirm it was only my house so while me and my bro was trying to some magic tricks where we took out the extension cable wires and made a cross entry to another cable.waallllla...it works..ofcoz for temporary guys.
But the one thing that trills me,there were group of neighbours standing in front my house.To my suprise ohh we do have Malaysian people who cares about the society.....but hang on guys!
The 1st phrase came out from them was "WHY DIDN'T YOU PAY YOUR BILLS"
GOSH!fool of me!For a second i was fortunate to be born as Malaysian but there goes my views.

Born of a new blogger
All this while i've heard and commented about the world of bloging from people around me but my reaction was simple:????????????ohhhwhtever!
But today i was born as new blogger by my colleaque Jay. It was a strike of amaze what tis 4 letter words can change the way we connecting to people.
We spent nearly half day of our work re-engineering my profile view...is that cool or wht?
Jay....Thanks man!
So,it's almost an hour more before i knock off from office....let me do some work that is what i've been paid.......Welcome me with open arms.
